Call for Papers

The language of the Symposium is English. Authors wishing to contribute to COSIM 2021 are invited to submit a two-page abstract to the chairmen by e-mail. by January 15, 2021. The abstract shall follow the format of the Symposium abstract templates (see below). Authors will receive notification of acceptance of their proposed contribution by February 2, 2021. A book of abstracts containing all the contributions will be given to the delegates at the Symposium.

The number of participants will be limited and preference will be given to active researchers in the field. Confirmation of participation in the Symposium by the authors will be required when the abstracts are accepted. Only confirmed presentations of registered participants will be included in the final program. This will enable the participants to fully benefit from the contributions and discussions.

Some contributions to the Symposium will be selected as candidates for their publication in Mechanism and Machine Theory. Their authors will be invited to extend their abstracts and write a full paper for its publication on this journal. Full papers submitted this way will undergo a regular review process.

Multibody System Dynamics will publish a Special Issue on Co-Simulation in Multibody System Dynamics. Selected contributions from COSIM 2021 will be nominated as candidates for publication in this special issue.
